 Shantel’s vision in Real Estate started when she was just five years old living in Brooklyn, New York, where she is from. She was intrigued by the tall and unique Brownstone she lived in and later the beautiful houses she grew up in and the land they sat on.  Shantel has a beautiful daughter and a large family and circle of loved ones.

 Shantel’s career in Real Estate started in Property Management where she mastered her skills in customer service, customer relationships, financial management, marketing and sales. She has received knowledge from college, various seminars, training courses and state authorities.  She praises her development from faith and mentorships. Shantel received her Real Estate license from GAMLS.  She credits her instructor Mr. Penniington who is in heaven now, for motivating her to become a Broker! Shantel loves to learn and help people realize their best as so many has done for her.  Shantel received her Brokers License in 2021 with Business Matters 1st Realty!
